Reiki is a natural healing method originating from Japan that works with universal life energy to bring body and mind back into balance. Through gentle palm healing (placing hands on or just above the body), I help release energy blockages. This stimulates your body's self-healing ability, brings deep relaxation, and reduces stress.
At Mo-Ments For You, I look and listen to the whole person. A Reiki treatment focuses on relaxing body and mind and helps restore harmony on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
During a treatment, you lie comfortably and fully clothed on the treatment table. Through various hand positions, energy flows to the areas where your body needs it most. Common experiences during a session include soothing warmth, subtle tingling, and a deep sense of peace and well-being.
